♠ First Memory
Memory Summary: Clive buys beer at the supermarket. You definitely don't want to miss out on this riveting tale, folks.
Gained Through: Exchanging three stars won from the Calhoun Party game.
Date: Day 12
It's a bright and sunny afternoon, and you decide to take a trip to the supermarket. You already know exactly what you're looking for. You don't even need to take a cart or a basket. You head straight for the beer aisle, perusing the selection until you catch sight of your desired beer - Young's Double Chocolate Stout. It's one of your absolute favorites. You can already taste the chocolaty, alcoholic goodness in your mouth just looking at it. It makes you smile brightly to yourself as you take three bottles from the shelf and proceed to the checkout area.
Unfortunately, all the lines are pretty long, even the one for the express lane. You expect that the express line will move pretty quickly, though, so you get in the back of that line and wait patiently until it's your turn to be rung up. Once you reach the conveyor belt, you put the bottles down on it, being sure to also place a divider between your order and that of the person in front of you.
Soon enough, it's finally your turn. The young cashier glances down at the beer bottles and then back at you. It's clear that she is incredibly skeptical about your age. She even asks you if you're really old enough to be buying these. You're a little annoyed by the tactlessness of her question, but nevertheless, you politely inform her that you are twenty-three years old, so yes, you are old enough to be buying these. You hand her your driving license to prove it.
She takes an unusually long time examining your driving license. She must expect it to be a fake, but it's completely genuine. She comes to accept this soon enough and hands it back to you, finally ringing up your beer and placing the bottles in a bag. You pay for them with your credit card and take the receipt after the transaction is complete, thanking the cashier before you happily walk out with your precious beer.
What was learned/Summary:
- He's 23 years old
- He really likes Young's Double Chocolate Stout beer
- That's it, that's all he learned
Effects:
- Strong disappointment towards Calhoun for giving him such a lame ass memory
- Just a tiiiiiny bit of satisfaction for learning his age
- A very intense craving for Young's Double Chocolate Stout beer

Puzzle 003 [Text]
Good day, Johto/Kanto! It has come to my attention that today is National Puzzle Day, so I thought I'd celebrate by sharing a puzzle with you all. I have plenty more up my sleeve should you want to solve more, but for now let's start off with this one:
Three people played Memory with 20 total cards of 10 pairs.
Person A said: "I matched 10 pairs in a row from the start."
Person B said: "I matched 9 pairs in a row from the start."
Person C said: "I matched 8 pairs in a row from the start."
One person is a liar. Which one?
If you're stuck, I can give you some hints, but no more than four. I don't want to make it too easy.

[OOC] Christmas List!
That's right, Clive is getting presents for the friends he's made in Johto so far! If you're not on this list and have spoken to Clive at least once, just leave a comment with some suggestions and I'll gladly add you to the list. ♥ Each character will also be getting a lovely little Christmas card with a Christmas-themed puzzle inside (they don't have to solve it if they really don't want to).
( Happy Christmas! )

Puzzle 002 [Video / Action for... Seafoam Islands...] Fourth Wall Post!
[Well, this is a rather bittersweet occurence. On one hand, Clive suddenly has a team of super awesome level 100 Pokémon, and on the other hand, he's stuck in a fucking freezing cold cave. That's right, folks, he's trapped in the deepest part of Seafoam Islands.
But at the moment, he's doing his best to remain calm, idly running his fingers through the hair of his lovely new Shiny Milotic, who seems to be enjoying it very much.]
So, has anyone else mysteriously woken up in a place thousands of kilometers from where you were before? I'm quite certain I was in Goldenrod City when I went to sleep last night, and now I'm in this... cave.
[He isn't really doing a good job of hiding his annoyance.]
All of my Pokémon have been replaced with new ones, too. They're quite nice, but it's troubling that my old ones are nowhere to be found. Does anyone have any idea how this could have happened?
[Oh, Clive, this isn't even the worst of what's happened in Johto/Kanto.]

Puzzle 001 [Video / Action for Goldenrod]
[The face appearing on the network now may or may not be a new face to some people, but this whole situation sure is new to Clive. Anyone who's paying extra close attention may also notice that the scenery in the background is nowhere in New Bark Town or Mahogany; it's none other than the first floor of the Radio Tower in Goldenrod.]
Good evening, everyone. I've just arrived here a few hours ago, and while I've managed to gather a little bit of information so far, there's still something I want to know. Is it really true that it's impossible to leave this place? If people have just randomly appeared here, then surely there have at least been people that have randomly left, too, right?
[He lets out a brief sigh before continuing.]
I'm sure this must be an age-old complaint by now, but I really do have important business to attend to at home. It would at least be somewhat comforting to know that I won't be stuck here forever. I would very much like to go back now, but that would be asking for the impossible, I suppose.
[Just so he doesn't appear as down, Clive gives a faint smile to his audience.]
I appreciate your time.
[For anyone in Goldenrod, they can probably catch him walking out of the Radio Tower after the feed, heading in the direction of the department store. Being the skinny thing he is without any proper winter clothing, he's shivering and rubbing his arms to try and keep warm. Hopefully he can at least find a really cheap coat at that department store...]
