Puzzle 002 [Video / Action for... Seafoam Islands...] Fourth Wall Post!

[Well, this is a rather bittersweet occurence. On one hand, Clive suddenly has a team of super awesome level 100 Pokémon, and on the other hand, he's stuck in a fucking freezing cold cave. That's right, folks, he's trapped in the deepest part of Seafoam Islands.

But at the moment, he's doing his best to remain calm, idly running his fingers through the hair of his lovely new Shiny Milotic, who seems to be enjoying it very much.]

So, has anyone else mysteriously woken up in a place thousands of kilometers from where you were before? I'm quite certain I was in Goldenrod City when I went to sleep last night, and now I'm in this... cave.

[He isn't really doing a good job of hiding his annoyance.]

All of my Pokémon have been replaced with new ones, too. They're quite nice, but it's troubling that my old ones are nowhere to be found. Does anyone have any idea how this could have happened?

[Oh, Clive, this isn't even the worst of what's happened in Johto/Kanto.]

[Clive definitely never told anyone here his real name, so he's caught completely off guard.]

I must say this doesn't look like anywhere I've been to yet. Hm...perhaps it's another illusion? unless they've just gone and moved us all.

[Yeah, well, Clive gives her a weird look right back!!]

Discedo? I don't remember ever going to a place called Discedo...

[ Weird look party aww yeah. ]

This isn't funny. I mean...how could you not know? We've been there months, and after everything...[ panicking oh god don't tell her they took your memories lkdkflh ]

I'm sorry, but I really have no idea what you're talking about.

[...Oh, right, he has a map on his PokéGear. Clive pulls it back out of his pocket and takes a look.]

Seafoam Islands, apparently.

[Which means they're completely trapped here. Wonderful.]

Seafoam Islands? I've...never heard of that place before!

Neither have I, but I do know that we're stuck here until we can get help.

[ Oh sup big Luke. It's that guy in a top hat. He's kind of looking around curiously. Where in the world... ]

Ah, Big Luke, it's good to see you. [ Hm. Hm. Kind of worried... ] Have you seen Little Luke around? Or the rest of Mayfield, for that matter?

[Oh, it's the Professor! Clive didn't think that he'd end up here, too. He's about to answer where Little Luke is, but then that last sentence causes him to stop.]

...Mayfield?

Ah, well it's the city I found myself trapped in the last few months. I should have figured you wouldn't know of it, considering I hadn't heard of you being around from any of the other inhabitants, but...[ A good natured smile. ]

You must have just arrived? It's peculiar, for someone to arrive in the midst of this city's oddities, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was an exception to that rule.

[What the fuck... Now Clive is even more annoyed than he was before.]

What in the world are you talking about? There is no city called Mayfield anywhere in Johto or Kanto. You were supposed to be in Saffron City with Little Luke.

((With the harsh weather outside, Clive has managed to get himself pretty well bundled. He turns around, shouting to his pokemon: BEAR! Can you see shelter? He's accompanied at the moment with only one pokemon, his Beartic, notably larger than the average.

Soon, it lumbers into the same cave as mentioned, shaking his fur and giving a big sniffle. Clive follows after, well covered in flakes of snow. He pets his Pokemon as he enters.))

Ah, it seems we're not the only ones here. Good day! ((His smile is obscured by his jacket.))

[Well, at least one of them is all bundled up. This Clive doesn't have any of his winter clothing because they're all back in his room at the Goldenrod inn... Fuck his life.

Upon hearing that strangely familiar voice, Clive and his Shiny Milotic look in the direction of the cave's entrance, where the other Clive is standing. Why does this dude have the same voice and face as him.]

Oh, hello...

[HE'S NOT REALLY SURE HOW HE SHOULD FEEL ABOUT THIS? And neither is his Milotic.]

((stares at him a moment.))

Excuse me, could I get your name...?

[As soon as the other Clive mentions his hat, he unconsciously reaches up to adjust it.]

[Well! There are so many things wrong with this that it's a bit difficult to know where to begin, isn't it.]

As unusual though this may be....given that we ended up in this "Johto" place to begin with, I suppose we shouldn't be surprised by this.

I suppose... Though apparently I'm in Kanto now.

[Kimblee's gaze flicks rather pointedly to that Milotic you've got with you, Clive.]

Well, you certainly can't say that you weren't compensated for your trouble. Have you been able to check whether your original team were simply stored elsewhere?

[The Milotic seems to have an almost cocky look on her face now.]

I imagine the most likely place would be in the PC, but since I'm stuck in this cave, I have no way to access one. I must admit that these are very lovely Pokémon, though. Much more powerful than my other ones.
